A non-refundable deposit is required for most salon services. This is strictly to hold your appointment date/time & will go towards your service. Extension clients have a $50 deposit for consultations & $100 for your service date. COLOR SERVICE & EXTENSION clients ONLY: I kindly ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please give me a 48 hour cancellation notice to avoid any charges. Cancelling 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service you booked for. For a no call-no show, you will be charged 100% of the service you booked for. If either of these cancelations do occur - your next booking will need to be made with a full 50% deposit. At this time, I do not offer refunds. If you are a color client, you have 48hrs to let me know if something needs to be fixed. If you are a haircut client, you have 7 days to let me know if something needs to be fixed. I respect your time, just as much as all my other clients. I understand emergencies might happen.. all I ask is that you also respect my business & time - please call or email to let me know.
